My “Good Deed” For The Month

In this current real estate market, so many people are losing their homes.  This time of year is especially difficult with the holidays and a homeowner facing foreclosure.  Recently, we stopped a foreclosure at the 11th hour for a family with 3 children and they were able  to stay in their home for Christmas and the coming New Year.  It was comforting to the homeowner to know they weren’t going to lose their home during the week of Christmas.  It was rewarding to know that I could educate, enlighten and give direction to this family.

What is your story?

And this is exactly what our job is, Sharon: Helping people is what we are supposed to do! I do wish that more realtors would share their “good deed” stories. Every realtor who is a professional is doing “good deed” as part of their daily routine….It is a fact, that most of us feel uncomfortable to talk about in the open. However, to bring it out in the open is what could change people’s perception about realtors in general. So, I call on everybody who has a story to tell about their good deed: please do so, here and now. I do admire you Sharon for commenting on mine and posting your own good deed!
